Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Digital products (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return:

• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zuzkajournals@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, at no cost to you.
